Marketing Team Supervisor / Manager Coordinator

Salary: Open for negotiations
Responsible for coordinating and implementing our marketing initiatives and
campaigns throughout the organization. Works closely with sales teams and operations
department on developing plans to expand the brand and meet company objectives.
KEY ACTIVITIES:
• Supervising the marketing team's collaboration with project heads to create
marketing and sales messages
• Managing projects and overseeing the implementation of everyday tasks, such as the
content of social media and assessment of marketing online and in-store campaigns
• Attending and organizing company public relations and marketing launch events for
brand building and new customer lead generation
• Training and organizing the marketing and sales team members to align diverse
marketing efforts and activities with the company objectives
• Administers the collection of data and the analytical reporting to track and Identify
changes in customers, competitors, and business climate and enable responsive
marketing activities.
• Manage relationships and deliverables with website developers, printing shops,
signage makers, delivery partners, and other outsourced business partners.

REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Outstanding people management and communication skills, verbal and written
- Demonstrated ability to manage marketing processes from start to finish
- Proficiency with major social media platforms and tools
- Capability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment with diverse
stakeholders
- Ability to attend virtual and occasional physical events, including webinars, trade
shows, and fairs

QUALIFICATION:
EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Business, or a
related field
EXPERIENCE: 3+ years of experience in coordinating projects and people in Marketing or
Sales; Experience in working with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solutions and
social media platforms are preferable
