Marketing Specialist (Supervisor Level)

• Responsible for receiving inquiries and requests for quotations from existing and potential customers.
• Responsible for receiving and reviewing technical requirements from potential and existing customers before new product introduction.
• Computes and provides quotation proposal, price adjustments, and cost down as negotiated with the customer and with consideration on desired company business markup/revenue.
• Prepares final quotation and submits the same to the superior for approval and prepares business contracts.
• Coordinates with Manufacturing and relevant departments on all information that affects company quotation.
• Provides work order (purchase order) notice to new or re-quote model to the respective department before running or implementing in the production line. Conducts introduction meetings for new projects.
• Monitors, reviews, and validates actual process time compared to quoted process time.
• Receives and reviews customer PO and forecast. Coordinates with Planning group the customer demand to be considered in the production plan.
• Request and issue sales invoices for every shipment, every cut-off, and as necessary. Communicates with Manufacturing for the items to be billed.
• Regularly measures the company's performance through the conduct of surveys. Interprets the data and reports the result.
• Represent the company in customer process audits.
• Perform other tasks deemed as necessary by immediate superior.
• Follows, implements, and maintains the Quality Management and procedures of the company. Ensures proper housekeeping within the area of responsibility.

Specifications:
1. Graduate of BS Marketing/Engineering/Any business-related course
2. With at least 3 years relevant work experience in Manufacturing
3. Computer literate/Good in numerical calculation and communication skills
4. Target deployment: ASAP
5. Salary Range: PHP30,000.00 – PHP35,000.00
