Job Description:
NextPay is seeking a dedicated and hardworking Marketing Associate to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will allow you to work from the comfort of your own home in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As an Associate Level Marketing Associate, you should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote NextPay's products and services
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities
- Create and manage social media content and campaigns
- Collaborate with the marketing team to coordinate promotional activities
- Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements
- Provide support for events and trade shows
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners
- Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all marketing activities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in marketing or a related field
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
- Experience with marketing tools such as Google Analytics and Hootsuite is a plus
