The Opportunity: We are looking for a driven, reliable, client-facing Loan Coordinator to remotely support our Private Lending team and assist with post-closing tasks for real estate loans. The ideal candidate for this role is a highly organized, detailed individual who is comfortable under pressure with regular, often tight deadlines. A confident and proactive nature is a must as there will be daily communication via telephone, text, and email with multiple parties.
The person selected in this role will work remotely in the Philippines. A laptop, high-speed internet connection, and dedicated home office space are required. Shift: Tuesday - Saturday, 12:00am PHT - 9:00am PHT What We Offer: Base Hourly Rate | $8.00 USD - $10.00 USD + Incentives
