Job Description:
LBC Express Holdings, Inc. is seeking a part-time Account Support Representative to join our team in Cebu, Central Visayas, PH. As an Associate Level role, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position. We are looking for someone who is energetic, hardworking, and possesses strong emotional intelligence and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide support to key accounts by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
2. Assist in managing client relationships and maintaining a high level of customer service.
3. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate account activities and ensure smooth operations.
4. Analyze account data and provide insights to improve performance and drive growth.
5. Prepare reports and presentations for clients and internal stakeholders.
6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable input to account strategies.
7. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for process improvements and efficiency.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
2. 2+ years of experience in account management or customer support.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
6. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
