### Key Responsibilities:
1. **Customer Engagement:**
- Facilitate live chat interactions with customers, providing real-time responses to inquiries regarding products, services, and promotions.
- Handle customer complaints with tact and professionalism, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
- Maintain a positive and friendly demeanor during all interactions, promoting a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
2. **Product Knowledge and Assistance:**
- Acquire and maintain in-depth knowledge of Puregold's products and services to effectively address customer queries.
- Assist customers in navigating the website, locating specific products, and understanding promotions.
3. **Documentation and Reporting:**
- Accurately log customer interactions and maintain detailed records of service requests and resolutions.
- Provide feedback and suggestions for process improvements based on customer interactions to enhance overall service quality.
4. **Collaboration:**
- Work closely with other departments to resolve complex issues and provide customers with timely updates.
- Participate in team meetings to share insights on customer trends and promote best practices in customer service.
5. **Continuous Improvement:**
- Stay updated on industry best practices and trends in customer service, incorporating new strategies into daily operations.
- Engage in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and improve service delivery.
### Requirements:
- **Education:** A minimum of a bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
- **Experience:** At least 4 years of experience in a customer service role, preferably with a focus on live chat or digital communication channels.
- **Technical Skills:**
- Proficient in using live chat software and customer relationship management (CRM) tools.
- Familiarity with basic troubleshooting for software and hardware issues related to remote work.
