ABOUT THE ROLE As a Lead Business Analyst, you are a strategic problem solver essential to client' s success. You will work closely across multiple stakeholder groups to understand the technology offering and value proposition to multiple geographical markets and introduce this knowledge to the product team. Your research will support the development of the "Next generation" product.
An ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in information technology with a minimum of 3 years of experience with computer applications. You must have expert level in MS Office applications, including Project and have excellent written and oral communication skills. You will need to be proficient in data analysis and have experience in programming.
ResponsibilitiesBusiness Requirements Translation to Functional Requirements Identify current and future-state business processes. Understand the needs of multiple stakeholders. Evaluate business processes and requirements to suggest improvements for making the technology more user-friendly. Facilitate design sessions with the implementation team to define the solution. Develop, analyse, and validate detailed functional specifications. Deliver elements of systems design, including data migration rules, business rules, wireframes, and other detailed deliverables. Contribute holistically to process improvement initiatives. Stakeholders Coordination Assist business stakeholders in envisioning the future and understanding how their work will need to change to support it. Facilitate the negotiation of requirements among multiple stakeholders. Create and manage Monday.com project boards for each phase of the project, including coordination across all stakeholder groups. Perform general administrative tasks as required by the Managing Director and Product Project Manager, including Miro designs, schemas, process documentation creation, PowerPoint presentations, and video production.
