Job Description:
This is an exciting opportunity for early to mid-career professionals who love the classic "business development" and want to build their career in the same. It involves problem solving, understanding internal and external context quickly and ability to sell - both to corporates and governments! Frequent domestic and international travel is a key part of this role.


Job Requirements
Graduation in any field is required. MBA is preferred.Proven working experience in sales/ business development in SaaS or IT services - global experience preferred 5-7 years of total work experienceExcellent communication and presentation skillsGlobal mobility and willingness to travel extensivelyExcellent relationship-building skills across all levels of a partner's organization.Confident, extrovert salesperson by nature.You are self-aware and have a clear understanding of your strengths, weaknesses, beliefs, motivations, and emotions.Growth mindset - ability and willingness to learn new skillsSettle down quickly forms relationships easilyFluent / Native English speaker and local languageFast learner - ability to grasp details quicklyOutstanding communication, presentation, and public speaking skillsYou are a hustler by nature.You know when to be calm, and when to be assertive.You listen more than you speak.
Job Duties
Develop market analysis and strategy to identify key opportunities for specific markets in partnership with cross-functional sales, growth, and product teamsManage existing client relationships- be the face of the companyHunt new clients for product line(s)/ platformGrow business from existing clients as per plans/ projectionsRepresent the company in forums/meetings/seminars aligned with responsibilitiesDeliver financial plans and goals for the business.
