Join our client's team as a JUNIOR ADMIN RECRUITER and play a key role in supporting recruitment activities through administrative tasks, compliance checks, and team collaboration. You'll contribute to ensuring smooth recruitment processes and excellent candidate care in the healthcare industry in Sydney, Australia.
Position Details: Contract: 3-month contract with the potential for permanent employment based on performance. Schedule: 6:00 am – 3:00 pm, Monday to Friday (Dayshift). Location: Office-based position in central Cebu City About the Role As a Junior Admin Recruiter, you will support the recruitment team by handling administrative duties, conducting compliance checks, and assisting the Client Service Recruiter (CSR). You'll play a key role in ensuring efficient candidate management and smooth operations throughout the recruitment process.
Key Responsibilities • Perform administrative tasks to support recruitment activities
• Conduct compliance checks to ensure candidate documentation meets standards.
• Assist the CSR with administrative tasks as needed.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Collaborate with the team to streamline workflows.
• Help prepare recruitment materials and reports.
• Provide excellent support to both candidates and team members
Required Competencies • Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills for candidate and team interactions.
• Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining attention to detail.
• Time Management:Effectively prioritize tasks to meet deadlines.
• Problem-Solving: Identify and resolve administrative challenges.
• Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy in documentation and compliance.
• Technology Proficiency: Familiar with HR systems and Microsoft Office.
• Adaptability: Flexibility to handle changing priorities and tasks.
• Confidentiality: Maintain discretion and handle sensitive information securely.
Requirements • 1+ years of administrative experience (recruitment or HR preferred).
• Open to fresh graduates (College or Senior High School) and entry-level applicants.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
• High sense of urgency and commitment to quality.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong accountability and reliability.
