Hi! We're Smartsourcing, looking for a Talent Optimisation Specialist who can work with us full-time and on-site!Where??? Crown 7 Business Centre, Pope John Paul II Ave, Cebu City, Cebu As a Talent Optimisation Specialist, you will champion the employee experience in performance management and career development space. This pivotal role is critical in building a high-performing and thriving team by developing and implementing P&C strategies that will impact high performance.
Some of the things we expect you to do are to: Collaborate with HR and other stakeholders to design and implement a performance management system: This can involve defining performance goals, creating review templates, and establishing clear communication channels. Communicate the performance management system to managers and employees, ensuring everyone understands its purpose and expectations. Train managers on conducting effective performance reviews, providing feedback, and setting development goals. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the performance management system, making adjustments as needed. Gather feedback from managers and employees on the performance management system. Analyze data on performance reviews to identify trends and areas for improvement. Develop and implement strategies for continuously improving the performance management system. Coach and guide managers on conducting effective performance conversations and providing constructive feedback. Provide resources to managers and employees to support their development goals. Assist with conflict resolution that may arise during the performance management process. Implement a performance management system aligned with business goals. Foster a culture of client-centricity among internal stakeholders. Track and analyze client feedback to identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate to conduct a comprehensive compensation and benefits analysis Develop and implement a performance management communication strategy for all associates. Collate skills gap analysis Initiate assessments to support the development of comprehensive reskilling, upskilling, and cross-skilling plans Develop retention plans based on trends from performance management insights Analyze exit interviews with departing Operations associates to identify areas for improvement. Develop and implement a wellness program for associates. Conduct regular pulse surveys to monitor employee wellbeing We would need you to be or have the following: ?? Bachelor's degree in human resources management, Business Administration, or a related field (master's degree preferred). Minimum 5+ years of experience in a People & Culture role with a strong track record of success in a fast-paced environment. Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing strategic P&C initiatives. Proven ability to partner with business leaders and translate business needs into actionable HR strategies.
