IT Product Director - Hybrid Setup (BFSI Background)This role will be responsible for go-to-market strategy and product planning to drive revenue. Someone with strong knowledge of IT services, including scoping, planning, and product lifecycle management is required for this role.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Product Development and ManagementProduct MarketingLeadership or People Management - manage Product ManagersRequirements At least a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or any related discipline. MBA is a plus but not required. Certified Product Manager (CPM) or New Product Development (NPD) Professional Certification is a plus.7-10 years of extensive experience in product management with a track record of delivering successful products and solutions in a business-to-business, large/strategic customer segment. 5+ years of which are in managing product teams and collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Marketing).Strong knowledge in IT services, including scoping, planning, and product lifecycle management.
