WORK BRIEF: The holder of this role manages all Employee Engagement & Retention activities of the Aligned Process. The role also demands ensuring all EE&R activities and performance standards are carried out as planned within the agreed time with no short fall in TAT thereby ensuring highest levels of employee engagement and employee satisfaction in the process.CORE RESPONSIBILITIESTo be the single point of contact providing EE&R representation in the aligned process through effective employee relations/counsel & query/grievance handling.Conduct policy refresher sessions.Ensure presence and visibility on the operations floor.Drive Reward and Recognition activities (including de-stressing) across the floor.Assist the floor in activities where EE&R intervention is required.Timely execution of ESAT/Dipstick &360 Surveys and carry out required action in identified areas.Communicate any policy/procedure, updates/additions/deletions to all the concerned people in the processDrive Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives.Meet with the Team Leaders/Managers and Teams at regular intervals to understand their concerns and to apprise them of any HR updates - skip level meetings and One-on-ones.Drive fun activities in the processEnsure timely communication/execution/completion of Performance Management Process (annually and bi-annually).Facilitation and timely execution Internal Job Postings (Lateral)Facilitate the conduct of the assessment center for promoting advisors to the next level (G Grade).Complete the exit formalities for resigned employeesEnsure bell-curve fitment in order to facilitatethe annual increments of employees as per the life cycle approachAdherence to laid-down process w.r.t. confirmations/ leave/ other statutory requirements.Ensure that payroll inputs reaches the ES team in time and sign off the payroll before it is sent to the vendorFollow up on Background Checks and ensure that action is taken on employees with unfavourable reports.Facilitation the conduct of audits.Value-Add Responsibilities: Participative in team bonding, offline activities as necessaryAssist new team members in need and breed the team cultureEssential Knowledge: Knowledge of handling employees in a BPO set-up any mode of communication from previous experiencesEssential Skills: Willingness to work in mid/night shiftsCommunicate effectively, both orally and in writing.Flexibility to meet business requirements and fluctuating workload, manage changeProject Management and ability to Organize, prioritize, and complete them.Good Interpersonal Skills to foster a cooperative work environment.Hardworking and Smart working attitude with openness to feedbackHave acceptable typing speed of at least 22 WPM/90% Accuracy**Qualifications**: MINIMUM QUALIFICATION: Age:18 years Completed and AboveBachelor's Degree Graduate (4 or 5 years course completed)Min. 2 yrs Experience in HREE/ER facets, (BPO experience would be preferred).
