Recruiter

The Recruiter will be responsible for the full-cycle recruiting process, including sourcing and placement of various positions and identifying focused recruitment campaigns for- Design and implement overall recruiting strategy- Interview, evaluate, extend offers, discuss, and negotiate compensation and benefits packages- Prepare and Develop job descriptions and job specifications- Prepare recruitment materials and Job postings- Prioritize incoming recruiting requests to handle multiple assignments simultaneously efficiently.- Perform other HR responsibilities as may be assigned.- Assess applicants' relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes- Onboard new employeesJob Requirements:- Proven work experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)- Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency-based, stress etc)- Hands on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check etc)- Strong decision-making skills- BS Psychology / Human Resources Management- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Flextime- Pay raiseSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salaryAbility to commute/relocate:- Angeles, Pampanga: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- Recruiting: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)
