The Recruitment Officer is responsible for leading the staffing efforts of the company and building a strong workforce that adds to the Company's bottom line.**Duties and Responsibilities**- Explain HR policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.- Ensure that the new hire paperwork is completed and processed.- Inform job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.- Process all personnel action forms and ensure proper approval.- Prepare and/or update employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, and terminating.- Assist the progress of job planning and performance management.- Perform other related duties in relation to recruitment and human resources as required and assigned.**Skills and Qualifications**- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.- Self-motivated and driven.- Familiarity with Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).- Demonstrate flexibility and adaptability in a changing and/or fast-paced environment.- Creative problem solver with strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up skills.- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite is a plus.**Education and Experience**- BS in Human Resources, or any related courses.- At least two (2) years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.- Experience in a call center environment is a plus.**Salary**: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Company events- Employee discount- Flexible schedule- Health insuranceSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Flexible shiftSupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Anniversary bonus- Quarterly bonus**Experience**:- Recruiting: 2 years (required)- Human resources: 1 year (preferred)
