Job DescriptionCoordinate end-to-end recruitment processes to meet staffing needs of Humanlink Management and Services, Inc., a leader in HR and Recruitment.Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent in the industry.Screen and interview potential candidates, ensuring alignment with company culture and values.Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand role requirements and candidate expectations.Maintain a robust talent pipeline and provide a positive candidate experience.Analyze recruitment metrics to improve processes and drive efficient hiring practices.Stay informed on labor legislation and industry trends to ensure compliance and competitive positioning.RequirementsJob Title: Recruitment SpecialistEducational Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar HR role.Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in HR software and databases, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to multitask, and sound decision-making.Responsibilities and Duties: Design and implement overall recruitment strategy, conduct interviews, manage posting of job ads, and onboard new employees.Working Conditions: Office environment, may require occasional travel for job fairs and recruitment drives.Qualities and Traits: Must be proactive, organized, a team player with a high level of discretion and ethical standards.Important NoticeIf the position requires you to work overseas, please be vigilant and beware of fraud.
