HR / PAYROLL COORDINATOR RESPONSIBILITIES: Maintaining employee records / 201 files, both hard and soft copies (this includes scanning of documents).Process Payroll of employeesEnsures that employees' Government deductions are accurate (computation of deductions)Ensures that compensation practices follow current legislation (pay equity, human rights, etc.)Ensures benefit administration and communication occur in a timely manner.Assist with all internal and external HR-related inquiries or requests.Schedule interviews for applicants and assist in the screening process.Post job vacancies on Job portals.Prepare contracts and other documents for hired applicants.- Other related tasks assigned by the Management.QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate of BS Psychology or Human Resource and Development Management or equivalent.At least 1 to 2 years experience as an HR personnel or working in the HR field.Knowledge about the different HR facetsConfident and Goal Driven.Must be proactive and a team player.Can communicate in English in both written and verbalWHAT'S IN STORE FOR YOU?NON-TOXIC AND FRIENDLY WORKING ENVIRONMENTHMO AND LIFE INSURANCE ONCE REGULARIZEDWORK AND LIFE BALANCE5 DAYS OF WORK A WEEK
