Job description: HR Responsibilities: Preparing job description, advertising vacant position, and managing the employment process.Orientation new employees and training existing employees.Monitoring employee performance.Ensuring that all employees are organized and satiated in their work environment.Overseeing the health and safety of all employees.Implementing systematic staff development procedures.Providing counseling on policies and procedures.Ensuring meticulous implementation of payroll and benefits administration.Communicating with staff about issues affecting their performanceEnsuring accurate and proper record-keeping of employee information in electronic and digital format. Qualifications: Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology or Human Resource Management or any related courses.Preferably have 1 to 2 years of experience in in the field of Human ResourcesExcellent in both written and verbal communication skillsProtecting the interest of all employeesComputer Literate (MS Office application, Word, Excel, Outlook)Knowledgeable in all government filings and deadlines, labor and statutory reports processing of certifications, licenses and permits, hands-on timekeeping and payroll processing, and compensation and benefits administration, is an advantage.Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.Works well under pressure and can work with minimum supervision.
