Is currently looking for:
 

HR OFFICER

 

Job Responsibilities:
Perform daily HR duties such as on-boarding/off-boarding of employees, recruitment, employee orientation, etc.

Administer employee?s records and ensure required personal documents are in place

Coordinate with relevant department teams on manpower movement, contract renewal, confirmation, transfer, promotion, resignation and etc.

Coordinate with cross-functional team to facilitate timekeeping and payroll processing

Process payroll and compensation and benefits of employees

Oversee compliance to SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG guidelines (e.g., monthly remittances, payment of loans, etc.)

Handle government agency concerns related to employee member?s contributions (e.g., discrepancies, updates, reconciliation of records)

Organize and support employee engagement and welfare activities

Provide response to employee?s enquires on HR-related matters

Prepare HR reports and meeting related material

Perform any other duties as assigned by the Management

Job Qualifications:
Graduate of Business Administration, Psychology or any related field with at least 2 years of working experience as HR officer or other HR position.

Knowledgeable of different HR functions and understand labor laws and disciplinary procedures.

A team player with strong problem solving, critical thinking, coaching and interpersonal skills

Meticulous with the ability to multitask

Highly adaptable to change with a positive mindset

Strong in verbal and written communication skills
