Job Description: HR Generalist
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment and Onboarding:
> Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and hiring decisions.
> Coordinate onboarding and orientation programs for new employees to integrate them into the organization.
Employee Relations:
> Act as the point of contact for employee concerns, grievances, and conflict resolution.
> Foster a positive workplace culture through communication and engagement strategies.
> Advise managers and employees on company policies, procedures, and labor laws.
HR Administration:
> Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
> Process employee documentation, such as contracts, promotions, transfers, and terminations.
> Oversee payroll preparation, leave tracking, and benefits administration.
Training and Development:
> Identify training needs and coordinate employee development programs.
> Organize workshops, seminars, and coaching sessions to enhance skills and productivity.
Performance Management:
> Implement and monitor performance appraisal systems.
> Support managers in setting performance goals and conducting evaluations.
> Recommend strategies for employee improvement and recognition.
Compliance and Policies:
> Ensure compliance with labor laws, workplace safety regulations, and company policies.
> Develop and update HR policies and employee handbooks as needed.
> Manage audits related to HR processes and ensure proper documentation.
Compensation and Benefits:
> Assist in the design and management of competitive compensation and benefits packages.
> Address employee queries regarding salary, benefits, and other compensation matters.
HR Metrics and Reporting:
> Track and analyze HR metrics such as turnover rates, employee satisfaction, and recruitment effectiveness.
> Generate reports and provide insights to management for informed decision-making.
Other Duties:
> Assist in organizational development and change management initiatives.
> Provide support during disciplinary actions, investigations, and terminations.
Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Experience: 2-5 years of experience in HR roles.
Skills:
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of HR systems, employment laws, and best practices.
Proficiency in HR software and tools (e.g., HRIS, payroll systems).
