Hr Generalist

**HR Generalist**

**Qualifications**:

- At least 1 year experience as HR generalist preferably in a BPO setting.
- Knowledge of HR functions and good understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures
- Good communication and interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to work with a team
- Proficient in MS Office/ Google Sheets
- Amenable to work **ONSITE **and at **NIGHT**

**Responsibilities include but are not limited to**:

- Providing immediate assistance and support to employees and leaders.
- Managing any inquiries and concerns related to Payroll, Recruitment and Employee Discipline.
- Communicating with the management and the rest of the HR team to address concerns raised at night.
- Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and processes.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Mandaue, Cebu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Human Resources Generalist: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
