Responsibilities: Responsible for finding, attracting, and hiring new employees to fill open positions and meet the company's workforce needs and goals.Must be willing and able to work in our Mandaue City office.Must be willing and able to work the night shift.Must be willing and able to work with rotating shifts.Must be able to start right away.Qualifications: Min 1-year relevant experience supporting a recruitment team as a coordinator, recruiter, or admin specialist.Ability to use good judgment and be a trusted partner with sensitive and confidential information.Must have the ability to take direction and a willingness to be on the phone.Conduct interviews and manage applicant tracking.Must be able to utilize email and Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month
