JOB SUMMARY

Assist the Human Resources Manager to provide an effective HR service for all practice areas and support group specially in timekeeping.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILTIES Administrative support to the HR team, including but not limited to recruitment, compensation & benefits and timekeeping.Assist HR team to organize employee activities.Ensuring HR files and records are up to dateEnsuring employee's documents and files are properly filed in their 201 files.Ensuring e-mail and telephone enquiries are dealt with in an efficient and professional manner. JOB QUALIFICATIONS Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Management, Psychology or equivalentWith at least 2 years working experience in the same field.With excellent communication skills both written and verbalWith pleasing personalityCan Start ASAPWilling to be assigned in Clark, Freeport Zone
