Is currently looking for:
COMPANY NURSE / HR OFFICER

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Provides basic health care needs to employees

Conducts report on employees' health

Perform physical assessment and dispense medicine

Perform medical assistance such as first aid and emergency procedures

Perform day-to-day administrative tasks such as maintaining information files and data processing

Perform inventory and requisition of medicines and supplies

Consults and coordinates with HMO members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans

Develop and implement health and safety programs.

Provide emergency treatment in the workplace.

Facilitates annual physical check-ups and pre-employment check-ups of employees.

Submit DOLE requirements every month/yearly

Document all employee injuries and illnesses and keep this information confidential.

Improve

the health of employees through ongoing programs and health checks.Oversee and monitor Company & Government mandated benefits,

Monitor Timekeeping (Attendance) of all employees

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Must be a Registered Nurse (RN)

Preferably with BOSH Certificate and OHNAP Membership

With at least 1 year of related experience as a Company Nurse/HR Officer

Proficient in both oral and written communication

Has excellent interpersonal and analytical skills

With a professional demeanor and the ability to think independently

Able to multi-task and work under pressure

Integrity, discipline, and reliable, can work and maintain focus under pressure

Detail-oriented and efficient
