Key Needs: 201 file compliance and managementClient Management - you will be representing the company to international client, you need strong communication both written and verbalCreating and maintaining a monthly calendar of duties, holding yourself and your direct reports to the timelineKnowledge of building company infrastructure – including SOPs and ability to integrate new software to manage growthPayroll, tracking OT, leave creditsSoftware maintenance – Click-Up, JobAdder, Excel DatabasesCreating and managing additional company databases to enhance internal operationsCovering shifts (this may mean aligning to US daytime hours)Working with Accounting and LegalExperience in recruiting candidates and utilizing JobAdder to track applicantsOnboarding new staff / New hire orientationManaging internal staff that report to you; properly assigning them tasks and holding them accountable to deadlinesBPO experience, managing staff as they report to different clients and have varied issuesMonitor adherence to internal policies and legal standardsDeal with grievances and violations invoking disciplinary action when required.
