Key Responsibilities:

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and progress to the HR team and hiring managers.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in healthcare recruitment.

2 -5 years of experience in healthcare recruitment, with a focus on recruiting clinical and non-clinical healthcare professionals.
Proven track record of successfully filling healthcare positions at all levels.
Strong knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
