Job Summary

The Front-End Supervisor oversees the total front-end operations with prompt, friendly, courteous, and reliable service to the customers.

Duties and Responsibilities: Maintains the excellent customer service at the check outEffectively handles customer feedbackEnsures that the control standards and processes are implemented at the front end covering cash turn over to the TreasuryAccountable for the front end assets managementDatabase maintenance Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with business emphasis, sales, marketing, administration, or Customer Service Management.With atleast 2 years of relevant experience in supervisory position handling front end operations in retail or food establishments.
