Finance Supervisor

Shall oversee and monitor the financial transactions of all properties under Innoprime Property Management Services. The position involves ensuring compliance with taxation and BIR reportorial requirements, generation of periodic financial statements for the Condominium Corporation, checking of billings/ statement of accounts and vouchers generated by the Admin Office, and monitoring, updating and periodic reconciliation of the Condominium Bank Account balances.

A Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Accountancy or Bachelor of Science in Commerce- Major in AccountingThorough knowledge of basic accounting principlesWell-versed in financial statement preparation and analysisKeen on mathematical computation and detailsMust have organizational and time management skills with the ability to establish priorities and coordinate and complete tasks within established timeframesAbility to maintain records and files for easy access and retrievalProficient in MS Office applications and business management systemWith excellent interpersonal skills and can deal with all levels of the organizationGood written and verbal communication skillsAbility to work well independently as well as part teamProfessional appearance, demeanour, discretion and attitude
