Graduate of Electronics, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
Basic supervisory skill
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Mentally and physically fit
Strong technical knowledge about manufacturing procedures and adding failure analysis reporting
Superior mental and analytical ability and problem-solving techniques
Knowledge in FMEA, 7QC tools, 8D, Kaizen, and SPC
Minimum of 3 years experience in plastic industry in a manufacturing set-up
