ABOUT THE ROLE We seek a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support our CEO. The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with exceptional multitasking abilities and the discretion to handle confidential information. This role requires a blend of administrative and strategic support to ensure the smooth functioning of the CEO's office.

This is a full-time, office-based role in Cebu City.

RESPONSIBILITIES: Administrative Support: Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and handle travel arrangements. Communication: Screen and manage phone calls, emails, and other correspondence on behalf of the CEO. Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations. Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare for meetings, including drafting agendas, gathering necessary documentation, and taking minutes. Follow up on action items from meetings. Project Management: Assist with special projects, research, and tasks as assigned by the CEO. Track progress and ensure timely completion. Relationship Management: Act as a liaison between the CEO and other employees, clients, and external partners. Maintain professional relationships and handle communication efficiently. Event Follow-up: Conduct follow-up with individuals the CEO has spoken to at events, ensuring continued communication and relationship management. Confidentiality: Handle sensitive information with the highest level of privacy and discretion. Document Management: Maintain and organize files, documents, and records in both physical and digital formats. Ensure easy retrieval and up-to-date information. Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar administrative role. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. High level of discretion and professionalism. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field preferred. Experience with project management software. Familiarity with the industry and company operations. Experience in event planning and coordination. Digital Marketing experience is not required but would be a plus.
