Job Title: Life Insurance Executive Assitant

VirtueStaff is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Life Insurance Executive Assistant to join our team. In this specialized role, you will provide administrative support specifically tailored to the life insurance sector, ensuring that our executives can operate efficiently and effectively. Responsibilities Assist executives with managing their calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules Prepare and edit insurance documents, reports, and presentations Coordinate and manage communications with clients, agents, and insurance companies Process and maintain client files and insurance applications with high accuracy Handle invoicing and billing tasks related to life insurance services Conduct market research and gather information to support business development efforts Organize and coordinate special projects and events related to the insurance industry Provide general administrative support, including answering calls and responding to emails Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in the insurance or finance industry Strong understanding of life insurance products and services is highly desirable Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Exceptional written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with insurance software systems Able to manage multiple priorities and work under tight deadlines High level of professionalism and ability to handle sensitive information Ability to work independently as well as part of a remote team Strong problem-solving skills and proactive approach to tasks Work From Home Performance Bonus
