JEG Tower, Archbishop Reyes, Corner Acacia St., Barangay Kamputhaw, Cebu City, Cebu We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Property Management Administrative Assistant to provide essential administrative support to our Property Management (PM) team and assist with various tasks as needed.
Some of the things we expect you to do are to: CRM Management (Cirus8) – Efficiently manage and update the CRM system. New Property Onboarding – Handle the administrative tasks related to onboarding new properties. New Lease/Management Set-Up – Assist with the documentation and setup for new leases and property management. Ongoing Property Management – Provide support for day-to-day property management activities. Market Review – Conduct market reviews and assist with relevant property data. Pre-Vacate Procedures – Handle administrative tasks related to pre-vacate and tenant vacating processes. Arrears Management – Assist in tracking and managing tenant arrears. Essential Safety Measures (ESM) – Receive, filter, and distribute ESM reports to the relevant property manager. Review related invoices and enter them into the system. Renewal of Leases – Coordinate lease renewals and ensure all documents are processed and issued. Tenant Vacating – Assist with administrative tasks related to tenants vacating properties. We would need you to be or have the following: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related field. At least 2 years of experience in a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) environment or similar role. Strong background in administration, particularly as a Virtual Assistant. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Self-motivated, with a high level of initiative and critical thinking skills. Executive Assistant mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and proactively solve problems. Strong phone skills and a professional, approachable demeanour. It would be awesome if you are or also have: Experience with accounting software or property management applications. Strong leadership potential and a collaborative approach to working with teams. A positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure.
