We are looking for a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys a variety of marketing-related tasks, both analytical and creative. You will be responsible for creating engaging organic social media content and assisting with performance marketing initiatives as needed.
Key Responsibilities: Social Media Content Creation: Develop, manage, and execute organic social media content that aligns with our brand and marketing goals.
Performance Marketing: Assist in setting up, testing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across various platforms (Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta Ads, Pinterest Ads).
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Creativity: Proven ability to develop engaging social media content.
Community Management: Experience in managing and growing online communities, and engaging with followers.
Performance Marketing: 1+ years of experience in managing paid media campaigns.
Data Analytics: Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Spanish, Dutch, German, or French is a plus.
Initiative: Self-starter with efficient time management and strong problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Familiarity with social media management tools like Later for scheduling and automating posts.
Proficiency with social media analytics tools such as Hootsuite, or Socialbakers for tracking and analyzing performance.
Knowledge of Analytics tools such as Looker/Tableau.
