Department Head, Merchant Business for Small Enterprises Job Purpose Responsible for leading the growth of sales productivity of market share, revenue and accredited Small-Sized Enterprise Merchants with main focus on P2M/e-wallet and/or new product expansion. Leads and manages a pool of Team/Cluster Leads and Merchant Associates to prospect, accredit, and maintain small-sized merchants Conduct regular review of the performance profitability of small-sized productivity and merchant portfolio covered by the various clusters / locations under his / her team Lead the preparations and implementation of new businesses and projects under the department. Segment/Group: Sales and Distribution Group Global Grade: 12 (Notional) Rank Range: M-SM (Notional) Job Requirements Graduate of any 4-year courser_ preferably business or management track With at least 5 to 6 years work experience in sales/marketing, banking, financial, FinTech or telecommunications industry Exposure to merchant acquiring and sales is an advantage Must have experience in leading teams of sales associates Should have strong account solicitation skills and effective negotiation skills
