What the role will entail Perform compliance/governance and risk management requirements based on the Bank's policies and framework across all division departments.Attend to policy and procedural adherence concerns, targets, operational efficiency, customer service, etc.Participate in the department's hiring process of Area Operations Officers and Service Managers and ensure that all stores are adequately complemented with manpower.Monitor performances and provide coaching to team members.Disseminate clear communications, instructions, guidelines, and deadlines to all departments and command a good following from subordinates toward achieving RBG objectives. What we're looking for Bachelor's Degree, preferably in a business course.With a minimum of 5-7 years of similar work experience in Branch Operations.Knowledge of the banking industry, particularly in Governance, Risk Management and Compliance, Policy & Procedures, Business Development, Research & Analytics, Financial Accounting Analytics, Products and Services, Systems and Tools, Banking Law, Rules & Regulations.
