Risk Manager

Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage activities pertaining to delivery risk management risk assessment, metrics reporting, implementation of required policies. Manage country level BCMS plans and execution. Stakeholder Management during BAU & BCP situations Handle External & Internal Certification Assessments for the DC & Engagements for infosec and BCMS. Perform Information Security Assessments/ Site Risk Assessments Collation of Data from Delivery team for various metrics and ensure timely reporting. To conduct Awareness Sessions for Delivery teams/ business enabling functions. Liaise with multiple stakeholders within DC and risk management team on issue resolution, implementation of risk management methodology across DC, engagements and BEFs. Key Requirements: BACHELORS DEGREE (ANY COURSE) WITH 10 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE CUMULATIVE OF THE FOLLOWING:BPO industry or shared servicesRisk Experience 5 to 6 years overallPeople manager, leadership experience, 1 or 2 direct reportsMOST RECENT JOB SHOULD BE WITHIN RISK MANAGEMENTREQUIRED SKILLS: LEAD AUDITOR ISO 27001, LEAD AUDITOR ISO 22301Experience/exposure to ISO and security standardsExperience/exposure to BCMS frameworksCERTIFICATIONS: CPISI, CISA, CISM (NOT REQUIRED BUT PREFERRED Must be willing to work onsite in BGC Competencies/ Skills Required: Experience / exposure to ISO and security standards Experience/exposure to BCMS frameworks Excellent command over MS office applications Good communication skills Excellent at client presentations
