Job Description:

Kumu is seeking a highly motivated and resilient Customer Success Manager to join our team in Taguig, NCR, PH. As a mid-to-senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in customer success, you will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers to ensure their success with our products and services.

Responsibilities:1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and goals.2. Serve as the main point of contact for customers, addressing any questions or concerns they may have.3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of customer issues.4. Provide product demonstrations and training to customers to help them maximize the value of our offerings.5. Monitor customer usage and feedback to identify areas for improvement and innovation.6. Conduct regular check-ins with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any potential challenges.7. Work closely with Sales and Marketing teams to drive customer retention and expansion.8. Prepare and present regular reports on customer success metrics to management.

Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.2. Proven track record of at least 7 years in a customer success role, preferably in a SaaS environment.3. Excellent decision-making skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.4. Strong cooperation skills and ability to work cross-functionally with internal teams.5. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.6. Ability to thrive in an energetic and rapidly evolving work setting.7. Experience with CRM systems and other customer success tools.
