Responsibilities
• Establish rapport with potential clients and identify their needs• Pitch appropriate conveyancing services to potential clients• Provide excellent service and generate sales via phone, sms, and email• Manage and maintain a pipeline of leads and opportunities• Resolve issues and escalate problems when necessary• Achieve individual KPI targets• Maintain a strong communication performance culture• Continuously look for ways to improve the customer experience
Requirements
• Fluent in spoken and written English• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills• Highly motivated and results oriented with a proven track record in hitting sales targets• 2-3 years of direct customer contact experience• Experience working with Australian / NZ, US or UK customers• Experience in building and maintaining client relations• Expertise in Microsoft 365 applications• Good work attitude and self-driven• Confidence to work independently and in a team environment• Conducive home office environment with reliable internet
