Customer Sales Representative With Graphic Design Experience

Qualifications:
Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a digital or creative environment.
Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop (experience in Illustrator or other graphic design software is a plus).

Previous experience in a customer service role for a design or tech company.
Knowledge of basic design principles (layout, typography, color theory).

Responsibilities:
Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, and live chat in a professional and timely manner.
Resolve customer complaints and provide product or service information.
Assist customers in troubleshooting issues related to digital products or designs.
Create, edit, and enhance visual content using Adobe Photoshop for use in marketing materials, social media, and websites.
Collaborate with the marketing team to produce graphics aligned with company branding.
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.
Support ongoing customer service process improvements to enhance user satisfaction.
Provide technical assistance for visual-related queries and complaints.
