Familiar with the menu, knows the recipe ingredients and the standard methods of cooking.
Ensures that work areas are kept cleaned at all times.
Make sure that all perishable items are under proper refrigeration and all burners are put-off prior to closing.
- STATEMENT OF DUTIES
- Reports to the Lead Cook.
- Orients himself with and carries out the house rules, policies and procedures of the club.
- Attends daily briefing to have updates on Members and Guests arrivals, VIP's, advance food orders, and priority works for the day.
- Carries out the following routine assignments:
- Ensures that the work area is clean at all times
- Check if there are advance orders and prepare the mise-en-place
- Familiar with the Ala Carte Menu
- Knows the recipe ingredients (proper portion) and the standard methods of cooking
- Prepares and cooks quality food
- Make sure that all perishable items are under proper refrigeration
- Checks all stocks at the end of the day and reports to the Kitchen Coordinator for items that needs replenishment
- Make sure that all burners are put-off prior to closing
- Accomplishes the Daily Accomplishment Logbook
- Reports defects to the Lead Cook and/or Kitchen Coordinator for proper action.
- Participates in the daily, monthly or quarterly inventories as may be required.
- Follows all safety and security compliance regulations in accordance with the established standards.
- Demonstrates courtesy, friendliness to others, and works cooperatively in a team environment.
- Demonstrates a commitment to providing the best possible experience to Members and Guests.
- Performs all other duties as deemed necessary and may be assigned from time to time by the Management.
**Salary**: Php457.00 - Php485.00 per day
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
- Overtime pay
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Nasugbu, Batangas: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Cook: 1 year (preferred)
