Job Description:

Plentina is seeking a dynamic and experienced Contact Center Manager to join our team in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As a Contact Center Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our contact center, ensuring that our team delivers exceptional customer service and meets performance targets.

Responsibilities:
1. Manage and lead a team of contact center agents to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
2. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the contact center operations.
3. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
4. Train and coach contact center agents to enhance their skills and performance.
5. Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
7. Develop and implement quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of service delivery.
8. Prepare reports and presentations on contact center performance for senior management.

Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.
2. Minimum of 6 years of experience in contact center management.
3. Strong leadership and communication skills.
4. Proven track record of driving performance improvements in a contact center environment.
5. Ability to make sound decisions under pressure.
6. Creative problem-solving skills.
7. Driven and reliable personality traits.
