Job Description:
Smart Communications is seeking a dedicated and resilient Client Service Specialist to join our team. This is a full-time, work-from-home position based in Davao City, Davao, PH. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a client service role.
Responsibilities:- Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client issues efficiently- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met- Identify opportunities to upsell products or services to clients- Stay up-to-date on company products, services, and policies- Handle high-volume client inquiries during peak times- Participate in team meetings and training sessions as required- Meet and exceed client service performance metrics
Requirements:- 3+ years of experience in a client service role- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- Adaptability to changing priorities and client needs- Experience in people management or leading a team is a plus- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
