Job Description:

Grab Philippines is seeking a Contact Center Associate to join our team in Davao City, Davao, PH. As a Contact Center Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our users through various communication channels. This role requires a confident and passionate individual who possesses strong analytical skills and is capable of making quick and effective decisions.

Responsibilities:
1. Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chat inquiries from customers.
2. Assist customers with their concerns, issues, and inquiries regarding Grab services.
3. Provide accurate and timely information to customers while maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor.
4. Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution.
5. Document all customer interactions and feedback for future reference.
6. Meet and exceed performance metrics and KPIs set by the company.
7. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:
1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role.
2. Confident and passionate individual with excellent communication skills.
3. Strong analytical skills and ability to make quick and effective decisions.
4. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
5. Proficient in using CRM software and other contact center tools.
6. High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
