Resellee is seeking a Chat Support Specialist to join our team and work from home in Antipolo, Calabarzon, PH. As a Chat Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through chat support to our clients. This is an entry-level position with the opportunity for growth within the company.

Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through chat
- Resolve customer issues and escalate as needed
- Provide product information and assistance with orders
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and procedures
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies

Requirements:
- 1 year of experience in customer service or a related field
- Reliable and adaptable personality traits
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to think strategically and creatively
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace at home
- Must have a reliable internet connection
