### **Responsibilities**

As a Call Center Assistant, you will be responsible for:

- **Customer Support:** Handle incoming calls promptly and professionally, addressing customer inquiries, concerns, and requests with empathy and accuracy.
- **Issue Resolution:** Identify and troubleshoot issues reported by customers, providing effective solutions while ensuring satisfaction and maintaining rapport.
- **Documentation:** Accurately document all customer interactions and transactions, including inquiries, complaints, and feedback in our internal systems.
- **Follow-Up:** Conduct follow-up calls as necessary to ensure resolutions are satisfactory and enhance customer loyalty.
- **Collaboration:** Work closely with team members and other departments to escalate unresolved issues and share customer insights that could help improve our services.
- **Meeting Targets:** Strive to meet individual and team performance targets related to call handling, customer satisfaction, and response time.
- **Training Participation:** Engage actively in training sessions and workshops to develop product knowledge and customer service skills.
- **Process Improvement:** Share feedback on customer interactions and suggest enhancements for processes that can improve service delivery and efficiency.

### **Requirements**

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess the following:

- **Educational Background:** High school diploma or equivalent; further studies in related fields is a plus.
- **Technical Skills:** Proficiency in using computers and standard office software, as well as experience with call center software and CRM systems is beneficial but not required.
- **Resourcefulness:** Ability to think critically and implement effective solutions to meet customer needs promptly.
- **Work Ethic:** A strong commitment to hard work and dedication to providing exceptional customer service.
- **Soft Skills:**
- Excellent planning and organizational skills to manage calls and documentation effectively.
- Exceptional attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all customer interactions and record-keeping.
- **Communication Skills:** Strong verbal communication skills in English and Filipino, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- **Availability:** Flexibility to work varying shifts as required, including evenings and weekends, based on customer demands.
