Business Development Officer

DIRECT HIRINGJob Description:As a Business Development Officer, you will be responsible for the end-to- end sales process, from identifying and creating leads to successfully closing deals. You will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and ensuring client satisfaction through effective communication and relationship building.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:• Develop marketing strategies to attract potential clients through online platforms• Create digital marketing materials• Generate leads• Entertain prospective clients and match their requirements according to their needs• Schedule viewings• Accompany clients during visits and inspections of property• Build and maintain new and existing client relationships• Negotiate deals and proactively follow up both property owners and clients to close agreements• Achieve or exceed sales targets• Prepare reports on sales activity, pipeline, and forecast data to share with upper managementQUALIFICATIONS:• Must be a college graduate, preferably with a REM degree or any business-related course• Knowledgeable in the real estate industry• Has a solid sales background• Can handle client objections• Goal-oriented• Keen to details and well organized• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills• Proficient computer and technology skills• Strong persuasion skills• Flexibility to better adapt and find possible solutions to client needs• Willing to do field work
