Position: Business Development Manager

Work Location: Taguig City
Work Schedule: Monday to Thurs (8:00am to 5:30pm) Friday (8:00am to 3:00pm)
Salary: Php 50,000 - Php 70,000 (Negotiable)
Work Set Up: Work on site

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
*Holder of a bachelor's degree
*Possessing a minimum of 2 years of experience in Business Development role in a Construction Company
*Willing to attend face to face - 1 day hiring interview
*Willing to work on site
*Can start as soon as possible is an advantage

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
*Determine possible customers
*Develop collaborations
*Deal-making
*Examine potential new markets.
*Oversee expansion initiatives
*Create revenue forecasts and sales estimations.
*Compare the desired quotas with the present sales figures.
*Assign marketing and sales responsibilities.
*Discuss progress in a meeting with higher management.
