To provide support to company operations and productivity through the efficient and cost-effective management of people, clients, assets and funds as well as the ethical execution and implementation of the company policies and procedures, and by directing all efforts to attain Company's Mission and Vision.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Conducts periodic product demonstration to increase sales performance, motivate dealers and end-consumer's patronage, and in achieving the store's target.
May perform a variety of sales and sales-generating activities such as saturation drives (Streaming, flyering, stickering), prospecting, home meeting, business presentations, etc. to caddy new staff and/or in support of branch/ dealer's requirement.
Provides clients with awareness of new products, promos and activities of the Company through regular marketing activities.
Establishes, maintains and improves relationship with clients and prospects by:
Developing and maintaining accounts by functioning as business consultants to interested parties;
Developing and maintaining associations in the business community to keep aware of sales opportunities;
Arranging meetings between senior management and clients when potential new sales opportunities arises;
May attend to customer's complaints and may represent the Company during grievance and resolution.
Provide support to dealers through periodic visits coordinated with the branch concerned, and extending sales and marketing support.
Participates in the establishment of department's objectives and standards of performance and recommends changes in the organizational structure and policies to meet the objectives.
May help the department in the preparation of management required information and progress reports.
Provide assistance in achieving department's objective and requirements.
Submit periodic reports and/or attend regular meeting that may be required by Sales Manager and/or Senior Management.
Performs other reasonable tasks as requested by the Sales Manager and/or Senior Management.
