- Solid background in the Sales, Financing, or Lending industry.
- Knowledgeable in conflict management, problem-solving, and data analysis.
- With good communication & interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT).
- With excellent negotiation, branch management, customer service, and leadership skills.
