Performance Management of traineesGuide, mentor and motivate trainees to meet their targets for each training phaseMonitor and maintain performance reports of trainees on a regular basisConduct regular feedback sessionsImplement need-based training on an as-needed basis in coordination with other departmentsLate evening shifts, night shifts (which would change as per the requirement).Learn and train new technologies and explore new opportunities.Job Type: Full-time Hybrid Salary: up to Php 30,000.00 per month Benefits: Life insurancePaid training13th-month salaryPerformance bonus
