Performance Management of trainees Guide, mentor and motivate trainees to meet their targets for each training phase Monitor and maintain performance reports of trainees on a regular basis Conduct regular feedback sessions Implement need-based training on an as-needed basis in coordination with other departments Late evening shifts, night shifts (which would change as per the requirement). Learn and train new technologies and explore new opportunities.
